De Appel, Amsterdam
For the solo show by Arts for the Commons hosted by De Appel Center for Contemporary Art in Amsterdam, Fresh Stalls is excited to partner with the staff to cater delicious offerings made from fresh produce sourced from regenerative farms. We'll join forces with passionate cooks dedicated to serving healthy, vibrant food. Our mission? To cultivate ongoing connections to our interdependent relationships with nature and its ecosystems.
Set Community Gardens
Set Community Gardens invests in social gardening and builds a beautiful permaculture garden through a bottom-up process. Pickling green tomatoes is a fun and easy way to prevent food waste while creating a tasty snack year-round. Together with the gardeners at Set Community Gardens, we explored the process and savored our delicious pickled tomatoes after just a few months!
Azienda Agricola Il Collettio
Perched in the hills of Todi, Azienda Agricola Il Colletto di P.J. Clark cultivates its olive groves with quiet precision and care. The landscape shifts gently with the seasons — sun drying the rain, roots drawing patience from the soil. Each harvest reflects the slow gestures of stewardship: pruning, tending, pressing, and sharing. The resulting extra virgin olive oil, EVO Naturale, embodies the clarity of this relationship between cultivation and attention. Beyond production, Il Colletto is a living landscape of regeneration — a place where agricultural rhythms meet reflection, and where every drop of oil tells a story of light, care, and continuity across generations of land and hands.
Dynamo, Ijburg
Dynamo Ijburg's Youth Center has launched a weekly food bank, providing fresh produce and goods at wallet-friendly prices! Fresh Stalls is joining forces with Dynamo to whip up nutritious meals using locally sourced, seasonal ingredients from the food bank. Plus, we’ll share handy cooking tips to make the most of the delicious food you receive!

Joint Cultural Initiatives
Joint Cultural Initiatives (JCI) is a Rome-based social cooperative dedicated to developing cultural and environmental projects that foster collaboration between artists, researchers, and communities. Operating across Italy and internationally, JCI creates interdisciplinary programs that merge art, ecology, and social practice—ranging from exhibitions and residencies to public events, films, and collective workshops. Its work is grounded in the belief that culture can act as a regenerative force, capable of shaping new forms of coexistence and shared imagination. Through partnerships with institutions, independent organizations, and local actors, JCI cultivates spaces where creativity becomes a form of care, and where artistic processes contribute to more equitable and sustainable futures..
